Order Return & Refund Policy
You have a 30-day window after receiving your order to return any items shipped from Ghany store. More information regarding your case can be found below.
Please follow the steps provided below to initiate a return or exchange request for your item(s).
Return Request
To initiate a return request, you can either log in to your existing Ghany Account 👤 or create a new one using the email address you used to make your purchase. Once you are logged in, you can select the item(s) that you wish to return.
NOTE:
Usually, customers can start a return process for an order once its status is changed to "Delivered". However, it might take around 7 to 14 days for the Return System to synchronize after the order status is updated to "Delivered", depending on the shipping method and customer's location.
Refunds
We will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item(s) after they have been received and inspected. Similarly, we will also inform you via email notification once your refund has been successfully processed and issued.
Once the refund has been completed, the credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within 3-5 business days without the need for further action.
What items cannot be returned?
- A replacement product.
- Free gifts.
- Individual items from any gift bundle.
How soon will I get my refund?
After receiving your returned item(s), it will take 1-2 business days to evaluate them. Once the assessment is complete, a staff member will process your refund and inform you by email. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Order Cancellation
To ensure speedy order processing and shipping, we use automation to fulfill orders as much as possible. Once an order is made, it is not possible to cancel or make changes. If you receive any unwanted items, you must follow our product returns process mentioned above to obtain a refund.
Product Warranty
If your item arrived in a damaged, different, or non-working condition, you are eligible to file a claim for protection. The steps to do so are provided below.
- Reach out to us through the Contact Us page and explain the issue with a photo or video.
- We will evaluate the claim and request more details if necessary.
- If the claim is accepted, we will dispatch a replacement for the defective product.
